Well, I know we've had a few issues with changes to the server configuration files getting overwritten. So, I've built in a new feature to the site. Those of us with the rights, will now have a 'Game Server Management' link in the menu. This will allow you to browse though all the files on the FTP site. Clicking a directory will let you view the contents of that directory. Clicking a file, will bring up an editor for that file. You can than make changes, hit 'Save', and the file will get put back up on the server.
A couple of things. If you open the file, forget about it, and come back, hit Cancel and open it again. There's a chance someone will have edited in the meantime, and you'll overwrite their changes. Also, don't try editing things like map files (.bsp) or anything other than .txt and .cfg file. Perhaps in time I'll make sure that only those types of files get listed.
Now, most files will get reloaded the next time the server changes maps. This is true for the mani_admin config files, as well as the server.cfg file. So generally speaking, there should be no need to reboot the server.
At some point, I'll look at adding rcon commands to it as well, so you can send commands to the server from the website.

Update: Okay, you can only edit .txt and .cfg files now, so nobody accidentaly tries to edit a map file or something and corrupts it. Let me know what you guys think. I'm enjoying writing this stuff, so if you have suggestions, let me know.
